Aluzinc Steel Coil, also known as Galvalume Steel Coil, is a cold-rolled carbon steel substrate coated with an alloy of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon through a continuous hot-dip process. This coating provides superior corrosion resistance, thermal reflectivity, and durability, combining the advantages of both aluminum and zinc.

Aluminized Steel Coil refers to carbon/mild steel that is hot-dip coated with aluminum or aluminum-based alloys, combining the strength and formability of steel with the corrosion and heat resistance of aluminum. It is supplied in coil form for ease of processing in manufacturing and fabrication industries.

Hot Dipped Aluminized Mild Steel Type 2 Coil is a carbon steel base coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy through a continuous hot-dip process. This specific Type 2 variant typically features a pure aluminum coating (compared to Type 1 which includes silicon), offering excellent corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity, and formability, making it suitable for high-temperature and mildly corrosive environments.

Hot Dipped Aluminized Mild Steel Type 1 Coil consists of a low-carbon mild steel base coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy (typically 90% aluminum, 10% silicon) applied through a continuous hot-dip process. The Type 1 aluminized steel offers superior corrosion resistance and oxidation protection, especially at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for heat-exposed and corrosive applications.
